The plywood is laminated with FRP sheets using glue to form astrong sandwich composite panel.
its upper and lower layers are made of fiberglass, and the middle layer is plywood as the core.
FRP plywood sandwich panels are corrosion resistant, impactresistant, and weather-resistant, and can be cut like ordinary plywood.

a multi veneers plywood panel, consisting of up to 11 or 13layers which are water tightly bonded

We have wide range of sandwich panel products. The most popular ones are FRP plywood panel, Honeycomb Panel,
XPS, PU and EPS Foam panels. The surface -FRP skin on top and bottom of the sandwich panel can be versatile.
There′s flat smooth finish, anti-slip pattern, pebble embossed.

As a result. There could be plenty matches to cater customers′ different requirements.

Currently, the maximum size we can make is 11.5m*2.85m.

We execute strict workflow. Every step is assigned to certain people. The main procedures include material preparation,
spraying, roll coating, bonding, cutting, polishing, cleaning and packing. Our staffs′ strong values are based on providing

A 30% T/T as deposit, balanced before shipment arranged. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Usually around 3-5 weeks after order confirmed.

During the production process. we will report the production progress to you at any time.
