We have wide range of sandwich panel products. The most popular ones are FRP plywood panel, Honeycomb Panel, XPS, PU and EPS Foam panels. The surface -FRP skin on top and bottom of the sandwich panel can be versatile. There's flat smooth finish, anti-slip pattern, pebble embossed.
As a result. There could be plenty matches to cater customers' different requirements.
Currently, the maximum size we can make is 11.5m*2.85m.
Our wokshop has an area of 130, 000sqm. All our workers are well-trained and has at least 5years of working experience in this industry. We execute strict workflow. Every step is assigned to certain people. The main procedures include material preparation, spraying, roll coating, bonding, cutting, polishing, cleaning and packing.
