This product is a 3-ply composite panel consisting of a finishing material, a core material, and a finishing material. It is designed for vehicle or structure specifications that require light weight and durability. The finishing material, GRP, can be customized in thickness (1.2mm ~ 3mm) and connection method (1PS, horizontal connection, vertical connection) according to user's demand. The core material, extruded board (XPS), has been proven for over 40 years in the global market and over 15 years in the domestic market as the inner material of panels for special purpose vehicles. The specifications (thickness, density) can be adjusted according to the user's purpose. FRP XPS Panels are ideal for lightweight and durable vehicles.
